Maca and Cacao

Discovering superfoods has vastly improved my mood, energy and outlook on life. They were pivotal in my recovery from a  knee injury that was very slow to heal. Having a bad knee was on my mind 24/7 and as a result, I was starting to get depressed. I believe these 2 superfoods gave me the extra boost that I needed to finally overcome the injury (along with a great physical therapist). What are superfoods?

Maca powder is a root that comes from Peru or Bolivia. It is usually dried and powdered before being exported. When I began to use maca powder, I noticed more energy, stamina and endurance right away. I was able to work harder at my physical therapy exercises and recover faster. As a result, I saw better gains in the muscles around my injured areas. I also experienced a huge sexual and libido boost. Maca powder is my secret weapon!

Pure, Raw Organic Cacao

Yes, cacao is chocolate! It’s not the same thing as it’s roasted and processed relative known as cocoa. And it certainly is not the packaged chocolate you find in the junk food isle.
